2017 Honors College Medallion Ceremony

The purpose of the Medallion Ceremony is to recognize the achievement of the Honors Students who successfully completed the requirements of the Honors College. Students have the option to attend the ceremony and receive a medallion which symbolizes the extraordinary accomplishments they made during their time at WVU . Family and friends are welcome to attend. If for some reason the student cannot attend the ceremony, please stop by the Honors College Office to pick up your medallion.

Honors College Medallion Ceremony

When: Thursday, May 11th, at 6:00 pm

Where: Creative Arts Center (CAC), Lyell B. Clay Theater

                  One Fine Arts Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506-6111  

Graduating students must arrive at 5:00 pm to the CAC in the Gladys G. Davis Theater to sign in. Please make sure to dress professionally under your gold graduation gown for the ceremony. Please do not wear your caps during the ceremony. Students will be receiving medallions and will not be able to fit them over caps. The ceremony will last approximately one hour. An hors d’oeuvres reception will follow the ceremony in the lobby. Guests are welcome to attend as well. We look forward to seeing you there!
