With mid-terms fast approaching, it is normal for students to experience increased stress and anxiety. As part of the Wellness Workshop Series, The Carruth Center for Psychological and Psychiatric Services is sponsoring this FREE Wellness Workshop Series to help students manage these feelings in healthy, effective ways. All workshops will be held from 6:30-7:30 pm in CPASS Room 101. Check out the flyer for the list of upcoming workshops. The workshops are open to ALL students.
