  • Monday, April 17th:

-           WVU Student Events Board (SEB)  Information Station

Presented by Student Events Board

  • Tuesday, April 18th:

-           Buddhism in Southeast Asia

Presented by the Office of Multicultural Programs

Join us for a program that will feature a discussion of Buddhism in Southeast Asia, and specifically about the Angkor temple complex in Cambodia. The presentaion will include portions of the film, "Jungle Atlantis" personal narratives by the presenters, and will be followed by a Q&A session.

Presented by Dr. Alex Snow and Dr. Alyssa Beall of the WVU Program for Religious Studies.

  • Thursday, April 20th:

-           Diversity in Shakespeare

Presented by the Office of Multicultural Programs:

In honor of William Shakespeare's 453rd birthday, this program will explore the works of Shakespeare through the early days of the film industry. Using silent film footage and discussion, the program will show how Elizabethan theatre translated to modern cinema.

Presented by Dr. Jay Malarcher of WVU Theatre & Dramaturg.

-           Tye Dye Station

Presented by WVUp All Night

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend”, come out and join in the latest craze, tye dying.  We will have FREE t-shirts, pillow cases, handkerchiefs, and socks for you to make your own creations.

-           Make-Your-Own Zen Gardens

Presented by WVUp All Night

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend”, clear the mind of chaos & achieve a greater state of inner peace. Zen Gardens incorporate the ancient Chinese philosophy of relaxation & meditation with American culture. As you rake the sand around the beach themed props or chose from many different themed props, you can choose patterns & designs reflecting swirling pools or swift streams. It is the patterns evolving from the contemplative mind that provide the most serene landscapes.  Experiment, meditate & enjoy!

-           Petting Zoo  

Presented by WVUp All Night

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend”, come out and see a combination of animals that are docile enough to touch and feed.  The animals that will be here for you to see will be:  a miniature horse, calf, goat, sheep, pig, bunnies, and bloodhound.

-           WVUp All Night EXTENDED

Presented by WVUp All Night and Housing & Residence Life

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend”, Housing & Residence Life will have several “Earth Day” events planned for this last week of the EXTENDED program for this year.

-           Black Light Yoga

Presented by WVUp All Night and WELLWVU

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend”, come out and enjoy a peaceful evening with yoga under the black lights.

-           Lemonade Stand/FREE Beverage Containers

Presented by WVUp All Night

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend, come out to get lemonade to put in your FREE mason jar beverage container with the WVUp All Night logo on it.

-           Gourmet Popcorn Station

Presented by WVUp All Night and the Food Recovery Network Student Organization of the Year  

To coincide with WVUp All Night’s “Farewell Fest Weekend, make your own popcorn with members of the Food Recovery Network! Pick from toppings such as cocoa and shredded coconut, cinnamon and sugar, a fresh herb mix, and grated parmesan.
