The Honors Student Association (HSA) provides opportunities for Honors
College students to engage with one another, serve the community, enrich their
academic experiences, and also serves as a source of information and fellowship
for students. The HSA Faculty Advisor is
Dr. Kevin Gooding, the Honors LLC Coordinator.
For the 2022-2023 academic year, Honors Student Association meetings will be held bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. in the Lincoln Hall Theatre.
All Honors students are invited to be members and if not available to attend meetings are still encouraged to join the Engage to be kept up to date with events throughout the year. You can access the Honors Student Association's Engage profile at https://wvuengage.wvu.edu/organization/honorswvuedu.

Hi all! I'm a sophomore studying computer engineering from Sistersville, WV. I lived in Honors Hall last year, and I'm so excited to get to meet all of you! We're planning lots of fun activities and service opportunities for those in HSA this year, so please come join in on the action!

I am a sophomore from Wheeling, WV, and I am majoring in Environmental and Energy Resources Management with two minors in Sustainable Design and Geology. Besides working with the HSA, I am also an Honors Student Ambassador, a Presidential Student Ambassador, secretary of the WVU Sierra Student Coalition, on the leadership board for the Davis College Sustainability Fellows, and a member of the Peace Corps Prep Program. I look forward to building the Honors community with you all, as well as finding ways to partner and collaborate with other orgs and groups in the Mountaineer Family!
