Like kids? Aiming for a career in healthcare or education? Join PEP- Fun for the Fight! The Pediatric Entertainment Program (PEP) is an international charitable organization with the goal to help alleviate the stress child patients incur during their hospital stays. WVU PEP has four main focus areas: Education, Outreach, Entertainment, and Mentorship. This year we will continue to interactively teach first graders of Monongalia County the importance of nutrition and first aid. In addition to our education initiative, we are also active in the community and on campus through various community outreach activities and we recently started a mentorship program. Within this program, PEP Alumni provide guidance to current members regarding their career aspirations. Currently, we have mentors in the fields of medicine, speech pathology, and substitute teaching with a variety of other to come.
