Our student workers are an important part of the Honors College. All current Honors students, these students work events, at our Honors College front desk and answer the phones. They are happy to answer your questions about the Honors College, or direct you to who will best answer your questions.
Emma Blair

Interests and Hobbies: I love to bake, read and travel. I especially love watching Disney movies and going thrift shopping!

Favorite Thing about WVU and the Honors College: My favorite thing about the WVU Honors College is the atmosphere they provide. I love the programs and events that help me make new college friends while still encouraging a studious and academic environment.
Adam Craig

Fun Fact: In my entire life, I have never tripped over untied shoelaces.
Favorite Thing about WVU and the Honors College: The Honors College makes WVU feel like a small school, so it is easy to find institutional and peer support for all of your endeavors.
Stephanie Golden

Favorite Thing about WVU and the Honors College: I love the sense of community. Through the Honors College and Honors Hall, I have met some of my best friends. I’ve also made great connections with the staff that will be helpful throughout my entire college career. It’s great to be surrounded by a group of like-minded students with similar goals to mine!
Hunter Moore

Allie Satterfield
Major/Minor: Global Supply Chain Management, double minor in Spanish and Political Science

Student Organization Involvement: Attorney General for Student Government Association (SGA) for 2019-2020, Intern for the Chief Operations Officer for SGA for 2018-2019, Chair and Licensee for TEDx WVU (an independently organized series of Ted Talks on campus) 2019-2020, Co-Chair for TEDxWVU for 2018-2019, brother of Delta Sigma Pi - Nu Epsilon (a professional business fraternity), and a member of Supply Chain Management Association (an organization designed for Global Supply Chain Management majors).
Interests and Hobbies: I love traveling, whether it is to the beach or a different country. I love being with my friends and living life with them. College has definitely shown me the sweetness of having friends who you can go through life with.
Fun Fact: I was awarded Homecoming Queen my senior year of high school.
Favorite Thing about WVU and the Honors College: My favorite thing here at WVU (and especially within the Honors College) is that I am presented with endless opportunities. I have been able to learn more about what I am passionate about through the student organizations I have joined, the professors I have formed close relationships with, and the students here at WVU. I absolutely love the opportunities this university gives to students, such as studying abroad, performing research, and countless other options to explore their passions and future careers. I am extremely grateful to attend a college that can make a big place feel small and personal. A place that feels so much like home, with people who feel so much like family.
Kate Wolfe
Major/Minor: Biochemistry major, Human Nutrition & Food minor

Interests and Hobbies: I love to run swim, eat good food and travel to new places.
Fun Fact: I have sat in the General Assembly Hall of the United Nations building in New York City.
Favorite Thing about WVU and the Honors College: I have loved the study abroad opportunities I have been provided through the Honors College. I traveled to Brazil for two weeks to shadow physicians in rural regions along the Amazon summer 2018, and I recently went to Amsterdam and Paris with a small group of Honors student over spring break 2019 to learn and immerse in each cities' culture.
