Dr. Lucy Mauro

Dr. Lucy Mauro is an associate professor in the School of Music. Her publications include several editions of piano ensemble repertoire for Alfred Publishing; two books for Oxford University Press; several CDs for Delos including Mademoiselle: Première Audience - Unknown Music of Nadia Boulanger, which earned her a 2017 GRAMMY nomination. Her latest project is the documentary Munz: A Pianist’s Story, a fascinating look at one of the great pianists and teachers of the 20th century. Dr. Mauro is looking forward to helping the students in the Honors EXCEL program and sharing her experience in research with them!
