Brooke Maxwell

As a Medical Physics student at WVU, I was seeking to impact my community and women diagnosed with cancer. The Honors EXCEL program provided me with the opportunity and resources needed to build a nonprofit supporting women fighting cancer. My nonprofit, titled Redefined Beauty, is geared towards positively impacting women’s mental and physical health through distributing free ‘Beauty Boxes’ containing head wraps, cosmetics, cancer treatment necessities, and helpful information.
